A data stream processing device for recording a data stream inputted through a network. An MPEG2 partial TS and information about the transmission line bandwidth both recorded on a recorded medium are read out. According to the read out information, the bandwidth of an IEEE1394 serial data bas is ensured. The packet of the read out MPEGA2 partial TS is buffered. A time stamp is created according to the PCR decoded during the buffering. Thereafter, a header containing the time stamp is added to the MPEG2-TS packet to create a source packet and sent to another electronic device by using a transmission bandwidth of the IEEE1394 serial data bas where a source packet is ensured.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de traitement de flux de données destiné à enregistrer un flux de données entré via un réseau. Un partage de temps partiel MPEG2 et des informations concernant la largeur de bande de la ligne de transmission enregistrés sur un support d'enregistrement sont lus. Selon les informations lues, la largeur de bande de la base de données en série IEEE1394 est assurée. Le paquet de partage de temps partiel MPEG2 lu est mis en mémoire tampon. Un horodateur est créé en fonction du sous-programme de gestion de périphérique décodé durant la mise en mémoire tampon. Ensuite, une en-tête contenant l'horodateur est ajoutée au paquet de partage de temps partiel MPEG2 afin de créer un paquet source, puis envoyée vers un autre dispositif électronique au moyen d'une largeur de bande de transmission de la base de données en série IEEE1394 au niveau de laquelle un paquet source est assuré.
