The invention relates to a data transmission device for controlling or adjusting an operational process, whereby said process is carried out using a plurality of machines having at least one control device (5) with a control unit allocated thereto. The control device (5) is connected to an operator device to steer the movements of the machine unit and comprises means to detect operating states of the machine unit. The control devices (5) are connected to each other by means of at least one data transmission line (18) with a field bus and are connected to at least one control centre so that communication between the control devices and an integrated module (7) of at least one control centre (1) occurs exclusively by means of a master-master system. At least two field buses (9, 10, 11) are provided. Said field buses form a common network managed by said control centre (1).
L'invention concerne un dispositif de transmission de données destiné à la commande et à la régulation d'un processus industriel réalisé par une pluralité de machines. Chaque machine comporte au moins un organe de commande (5) associé à une unité de commande. L'organe de commande (5) est relié à une unité d'actionnement, qui commande les déplacements de la machine, et comporte des moyens permettant de détecter les états de fonctionnement de ladite machine. Par au moins une ligne de transmission de données (18) comportant un bus de terrain, les organes de commande (5) sont reliés les uns aux autres ainsi qu'avec au moins une centrale de commande. La communication des organes de commande avec un module intégré (7) d'au moins une centrale de commande (1) se fait exclusivement au moyen d'un système maître-maître. Au moins deux bus de terrain (9, 10, 11) forment un réseau unitaire commandé par ladite centrale de commande (1).
