ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The data sensor comprises a carrier member consisting of metal and being formed of a hollow section and being subdivided into adhering sections and in a measuring section. The adhering sections carry annular discs whereas the measuring section has strain gauges being arranged in mutually diametrically opposing positions. Within the area of the measuring section the strain gauges connected with the periphery of the carrier member are covered by an insulating mastic and wound around with a self-welding tape. A shrinking hose is provided as an outermost cover of the measuring section. The cross- sectional area FB defined by the outer contour of the hollow section and the cross-sectional area FM of the material of the hollow section are selected according to the ratio between the coefficient of elasticity EM of the material of the carrier member and the coefficient of elasticity EB of the concrete.
