The invention provides a clean and easy way to carry dog feces/waste while walking or jogging. The harness is buckled under the dog's belly then up across the chest around the neck. The straps are adjustable and joined with plastic buckle clamps. The main pack is lined with plastic and closed by a zipper around three sides. The main pack is comprised of two sections, one smaller to carry clean bags and one larger to hold up to two bags of waste. A plastic divider separates the two sections. On the top of the pack is a flat enclosure to carry small objects for the owner such as money or keys.
