A DC brushless motor having radial winding and radial air gap includes a stator having a radial bobbin 200 and two conducting wires 210,220. The radial bobbin 200 includes a number of pole arms 201 around which the two conductive wires 210,220 are wound. The conducting wires 210,220 are simultaneously and continuously wound around the pole arms 201 in sequence to form the radial winding 202, thereby constituting the stator. Each end 211,212,221,222 of each conducting wire 210,220 forms a connection for connecting with a control circuit. A method for carrying out the radial winding 202 is also disclosed.
