A decomposition reaction apparatus for the decomposition treatment of a thermoplastic resin, which comprises a reaction apparatus comprising an introduction section for introducing a resin composition containing the thermoplastic resin and a solvent containing a monomer component of the thermoplastic resin or a component similar to the monomer component, a decomposition reaction section for heating and pressuring the resin composition and the above solvent so as for the solvent to have a supercritical state or a subcritical state, to thereby prepare a treated and recovered product containing a recycled resin formed by the reduction of the molecular weight of the above thermoplastic resin, and a discharge section for discharging the treated and recovered product. In the above reaction apparatus, the introduction of the resin composition and the solvent, the decomposition treatment of the thermoplastic resin in the decomposition reaction section and the discharge of the treated and recovered product from the discharge section are all carried out continuously, and therefore, a raw material for a recycled resin composition using an industrial or general waste containing a thermoplastic resin as the above resin composition can be produced continuously.
L'invention concerne un appareil de réaction de décomposition pour le traitement par décomposition d'une résine thermoplastique, qui comprend un appareil de réaction comprenant une section d'introduction destinée à l'introduction d'une composition de résine contenant la résine thermoplastique et un solvant contenant un composant monomère de la résine thermoplastique ou un composant semblable au composant monomère ; une section de réaction de décomposition destinée à chauffer et mettre sous pression la composition de résine et le solvant ci-dessus de manière à ce que le solvant soit dans un état supercritique ou sous-critique, afin de préparer ainsi un produit traité et récupéré contenant une résine recyclée formée par la réduction du poids moléculaire de la résine thermoplastique ci-dessus ; et une section de décharge du produit traité et récupéré. Dans l'appareil de réaction ci-dessus, l'introduction de la composition de résine et du solvant, le traitement par décomposition de la résine thermoplastique dans la partie de réaction de décomposition et la décharge du produit traité et récupéré à partir de la section de décharge sont tous réalisés de manière continue et, en conséquence, une matière brute pour une composition de résine recyclée utilisant des déchets industriels ou généraux contenant une résine thermoplastique telle que la composition de résine ci-dessus peut être produite de manière continue.
