The invention relates to a decorative cosmetic product having a high water content. The inventive product comprises 70-92 % by weight water, 0.01-20 % by weight pigments, 2-8 % by weight gelatinising agent, which exhibits emulsifying properties and comprises a sodium acrylate copolymer, hydrogen polyisobutene, vegetable phospholipids, polyglyceryl acylate and an oil, a rest to 100 % by weight being cosmetic additives, carrier substances, active substances or the mixtures thereof, with the exception of specific solvents. The inventive product produces a cooling effect and exhibits an excellent transfer resistance in a stable cosmetic formulation. The inventive product embodied in the form of a lipstick confers a brilliant aspect and exhibits a high transfer resistance.

L'invention concerne des produits de cosmétique décorative présentant une teneur élevée en eau. Un produit selon l'invention comprend : entre 70 et 92 % en poids d'eau ; entre 0,01 et 20 % en poids de pigments ; entre 2 et 8 % en poids d'un agent de gélification présentant des propriétés émulsifiantes et comportant de l'acrylate de sodium copolymère, un polyisobutène hydrogéné, des phospholipides d'origine végétale, un polyglycérylacylat, et une huile ; le reste étant constitué d'additifs, de supports, de substances actives, ou de mélanges correspondants, à l'exception de solvants spécifiques. Le produit selon l'invention exerce une action réfrigérante et présente en outre une excellente résistance au transfert dans une formulation cosmétique stable. Utilisé sous forme de rouge à lèvre, ledit produit confère un effet brillant et présente une résistance élevée au transfert.
