A decorative fashion accessory includes an elastic band surrounded partially along the circumference by bunched fabric of relatively large dimension; and a ring of fabric of appreciably less dimension surrounds the remaining portion of the band. In this way, the accessory can encircle the wrist. In one form of the present invention, an opening can be provided circumferentially along the bunched fabric of relatively large dimension with a closure thereto to provide a pocket for securing articles.

L'accessoire vestimentaire proposé peut être porté autour du poignet. Dans une première version de la présente invention, une ouverture pratiquée à la circonférence de la bande le long du tissu bouffant et dotée d'une fermeture permet d'utiliser l'accessoire pour le rangement de menus articles.
