The invention relates to a decorative laminate comprising an abrasion- resistant surface coating for laminate floor panels or similar. Said laminate is characterised in that the resin for impregnating the decorative strip and the heat-cured resin substance that is integral to said resin and forms an abrasion-resistant surface coating for laminate floor panels or similar is composed of a heat-curable synthetic resin and conventional additives and/or auxiliary agents. The synthetic resin substance contains as a component a mixture that is integrated into the resin substance, or a compound containing at least one wax or wax blend, based on a polyalkylene polymer and at least one polyvinylpyrrolidone. The particles of the abrasion-resistant resin in the surface coating are only concentrated in the area adjacent to and in the immediate vicinity of the surface of the decorative strip and that the density of the abrasive material particles that are present in the surface coating reduces to zero, starting from a high value adjacent to the decorative strip, following a steep negative gradient until the outer surface of the surface coating has been reached.
L'invention concerne un stratifié décoratif présentant un revêtement de surface résistant à l'abrasion, destiné à des plaques de revêtement de sol stratifié ou similaires. L'invention est caractérisée en ce que la matière de résine, durcie à chaud, constituant l'imprégnation de résine de la bande décorative et la couche de résine de surface, résistante à l'abrasion, formée de la même matière que la bande décorative, est composée d'une résine synthétique durcissable à chaud et d'additifs et/ou d'auxiliaires usuels. La matière de résine synthétique contient, en tant que constituant, un mélange incorporé dans la matière de résine ou une composition d'au moins une cire ou d'un mélange de cire à base d'un polymère de polyalkylène et d'au moins un polyvinylpyrrolidone. Les particules de la substance dure, résistante à l'abrasion, dans la couche superficielle, ne sont concentrées que pratiquement dans une zone directement adjacente à la surface de la bande décorative ou à proximité de cette dernière. La densité des particules de matière abrasive présentes dans la couche de surface, qui est élevée dans cette dernière, à proximité immédiate de la bande décorative, chute jusqu'à la surface extérieure de la couche de surface, pour atteindre zéro, en suivant un gradient négatif raide.
