Method of ingredient brand licensing comprising: a) providing at least one ingredient to one or more resellers wherein the ingredient is used in the manufacture of at least one composite product and wherein the composite product or a functional product comprising or made utilizing the composite product is conveyed to one or more brand users; b) receiving ingredient consideration in exchange for providing the ingredient; c) providing a brand; d) licensing the brand to one or more brand users wherein each brand user is licensed to associate the brand with a functional product wherein the functional product comprises or was made utilizing the composite product; and e) receiving brand consideration in exchange for permitting use of the brand in association with the functional product wherein the brand consideration is received from a party other than the party from whom the ingredient consideration is received.
L'invention concerne un procédé de concession de licence de marque d'ingrédient qui consiste: a) à fournir au moins un ingrédient à un ou plusieurs revendeurs, cet ingrédient étant utilisé dans la fabrication d'au moins un produit composite et ce produit composite ou un produit fonctionnel contenant ou étant fabriqué à partir du produit composite étant transporté vers un ou plusieurs utilisateurs de marque; b) à recevoir une contrepartie d'ingrédient en échange de la fourniture de l'ingrédient; c) à fournir une marque; d) à concéder la licence de marque à un ou plusieurs utilisateurs de marque, chaque utilisateur de marque étant habilité à associer la marque à un produit fonctionnel, ce produit fonctionnel comprenant ou étant fabriqué à partir du produit composite; et e) à recevoir une contrepartie de marque en échange afin de permettre l'utilisation de la marque avec le produit fonctionnel, la contrepartie de la marque étant reçue d'une tierce partie autres que celle ayant donné la contrepartie de l'ingrédient.
