Disclosed is a deer decoy particularly adapted for luring a deer confrontagion ritual. This decoy has an inclined support mounted on a tree trunk or picket and a deer head artifact pivotably mounted on the support. A cord is used for pulling one side of the deer head artifact so that the deer head pivots about the inclined support in a first direction. A spring is attached to the deer head and to a rod fixed to the trunk so that, after pulling on the cord, the deer head pivots in a second direction opposite to the first direction.

Présentation d'un leurre pour cervidé particulièrement conçu pour simuler un combat rituel de cervidés. Ce leurre comporte un support incliné monté sur un tronc d'arbre ou un pieu et une fausse tête de cervidé montée de façon à pivoter sur le support. Une corde permet de tirer sur un côté de la fausse tête de cervidé pour qu'elle pivote sur le support incliné dans une première direction. Un ressort est rattaché à la tête de cervidé ainsi qu'à une tige fixée au tronc d'arbre de sorte que, après que l'on a tiré sur la corde, la tête de cerf pivote dans la direction opposée à la première.
