The invention concerns a deburring machine for slabs (1) exiting a continuous casting facility and cut to length by oxyacetylene cutting, of the type comprising a rotor (10) with flails (11) mounted on its circumference. The rotor (10) comprises an arbor (12) on which are affixed, at each end, one web (13) of annular shape and, between these two webs (13), pairs (14) of half-webs (15) of half-annular shape, adjacent to and opposite from one another. Each pair (14) of half-webs (15) is placed at regular intervals along the length of the arbor (12) and one half-web (15) of each pair (14) is longitudinally offset with respect to the other half-web (15) of the same pair (14). The invention also concerns a rotor used in this type of deburring machine.
L'invention a pour objet une machine d'ébavurage de brames (1) issues d'une installation de coulée continue et mises à la longueur désirée par oxycoupage, du type comprenant un rotor (10) portant à sa périphérie des marteaux (11) auto-escamotables. Le rotor (10) comprend un moyeu (12) sur lequel sont fixés, à chaque extrémité, une joue palière (13) en forme de virole circulaire et, entre ces deux joues palières (13), des couples (14) de demi-joues palières (15) en forme de demi-virole circulaire, adjacentes et opposées. Chaque couple (14) de demi-joues palières (15) est régulièrement espacé dans la direction longitudinale du moyeu (12) et l'une des demi-joues palières (15) de chaque couple (14) est décalée dans ladite direction longitudinale par rapport à l'autre des demi-joues palières (15) dudit couple (14). L'invention a également pour objet un rotor utilisé dans ce type de machine d'ébavurage.
