A catheter (10) includes a distal end, a proximal end, an outer tube (18) extending from the distal end to the proximal end, and an inner tube (14) extending through the outer tube (18). The distal end including a corrugated section (64) attached to an end of the inner tube (14) and an asymmetric balloon (76) attached to the outer tube (18) and configured to deflect the distal end of the catheter (10).
