L'invention concerne un dispositif déflecteur (1) destiné à dévier une bande dans une enrouleuse, en particulier une bande de métal (5), d'un canal d'entrée (7) à un canal de sortie situé au-dessus du canal d'entrée (7), et inversement, un dispositif d'entraînement agissant sur la face supérieure de la bande (5) au moyen d'un rouleau d'entraînement supérieur (3) et sur sa face inférieure au moyen d'un rouleau d'entraînement inférieur (4). Selon l'invention, pour améliorer ce dispositif déflecteur (1), un dispositif de séparation supérieur (8) pouvant être rentré temporairement dans la bande est monté en aval du rouleau d'entraînement supérieur (3) et un dispositif de séparation inférieur (9) pouvant être rentré temporairement dans la bande est monté en aval du rouleau d'entraînement inférieur (4).
