An intraocular lens includes a deformable optic, a rigid optic, and a support structure. The deformable optic is disposed about an optical axis and comprises a solid material and a deformable surface. The rigid optic is disposed about the optical axis and comprises a solid material and a rigid surface. The support structure is operably coupled to at least one of the optics for pressing the deformable surface and the rigid surface together in response to or in the absences of an ocular force, whereby at least a portion of the deformable surface changes shape such that the optical power of the at least a portion of the deformable surface and/or the intraocular lens changes by at least 2 Diopter.
Cette invention concerne une lentille intraoculaire comprenant une optique déformable, une optique rigide et une structure de support. L~optique déformable est disposée autour d~un axe optique et comprend un matériau solide et une surface déformable. L~optique rigide est disposée autour de l~axe optique et comprend un matériau solide et une surface rigide. La structure de support est couplée de manière mobile à au moins l~une des optiques pour presser ensemble la surface déformable et celle rigide en réaction à une force oculaire ou en son absence, au moins une partie de la surface déformable changeant alors de forme afin que la puissance optique de la partie de la surface déformable et/ou de la lentille intraoculaire varie d~au moins 2 dioptries.
