A monolayer or multilayer filmstock having low haze while maintaining sufficient stiffness and die-cuttability to be used in deformable, pressure- sensitive products such as tapes and labels. The low haze allows the deformable products to be substantially clear. The filmstock comprises an interpolymer of a vinyl or vinylidene aromatic or hindered aliphatic or cycloaliphatic monomer and ethylene or an .alpha.-olefin or a combination thereof.
L'invention se rapporte à un produit de type film, monocouche ou multicouche, qui ne présente qu'un léger trouble et qui cependant possède une raideur suffisante permettant son découpage à l'emporte-pièce. Ce produit peut être utilisé dans des articles auto-adhésifs déformables tels que des rubans et étiquettes. Le faible trouble dudit produit permet de fabriquer des articles déformables sensiblement transparents. Ce produit comporte un interpolymère comportant d'une part un monomère aromatique, cycloaliphatique ou aliphatique empêché, de vinyle ou de vinylidène, et d'autre part de l'éthylène ou une .alpha.-oléfine ou d'une combinaison de ces composés.
