An environment-friendly type polypropylene foamed plastic and preparation method thereof. The foamed plastic utilizes plastic elastomer as basis material, and a third monomer is led in as crosslinking co-agent to carry out crosslinking and control degradation products. Foamed plastic profile products are made by graft copolymerizing said monomer on polypropylene and crosslinking, and then internal mixing, open mixing, sheeting and foam molding with compatibilizer, filler, nucleating agent, crosslinking agent and foaming agent.
L'invention concerne un plastique en polypropylène expansé de type écologique et son mode de préparation. Le plastique expansé utilise un élastomère plastique comme matériau de base. Un troisième monomère est introduit en tant que coagent de réticulation pour effectuer une réticulation et réguler les produits de dégradation. Des produits façonnés en plastique expansé sont fabriqués par copolymérisation avec greffage dudit monomère sur le polypropylène et par réticulation, et ensuite par mélange interne, mélange ouvert, tirage en feuille et moulage de mousse avec un agent de compatibilité, une charge, un agent de nucléation, un agent de réticulation et un agent moussant.
