ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A modified least recently used resolving network providing the capa- bility of ignoring any one or more of the signals indicating use of a device, e.g. a memory, in resolving the least recently used status of a number of de- vices. This permits a faulty device to be ignored. The modification comprises additional OR gates interposed between flip-flops receiving the signals indica- tive of the use of each device, and the AND gates receiving the output of these flip-flops.
