ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A power actuated dehorning system is provided with scoop-shaped blades which make a concave cut and remove the base of the horn. The system includes a dehorning device comprised of a pair of relatively movable knives having arcuate cutting edges mounted on a portable frame and hydraulic motor means to move the knives toward each other. A novel arrangement for supporting and holding the dehorning device and positioning the fluid power connections to the power cylinder is also disclosed.
