A dosage form comprises:(a) a core having an outer surface, wherein the core comprises at least one active ingredient and at least one disintegrant; and(b) a shell comprising at least a first shell portion which resides upon at least a portion of the core outer surface, wherein the shell comprises (i) at least one water insoluble film forming polymer, and (ii) at least one water insoluble lipid, and the weight ratio of film forming polymer to lipid is in the range of about 40:60 to about 60:40. A method of providing a delayed burst release of an active ingredient from a dosage form comprises contacting the dosage form of this invention with a liquid medium such as gastrointestinal fluid.

L'invention concerne une forme galénique comprenant:(a) un noyau possédant une surface externe et comprenant au moins un principe actif et au moins un délitant, et (b) une enveloppe comprenant au moins une première partie d'enveloppe recouvrant au moins une partie de la surface externe du noyau. Cette enveloppe comprend (i) au moins un polymère filmogène insoluble à l'eau, et (ii) au moins un lipide insoluble à l'eau, et le rapport pondéral polymère filmogène/lipide se situe dans une plage allant environ 40:60 et 60:40. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé permettant de produire une libération en salve du principe actif à partir d'une forme posologique, consistant à faire entre en contact cette forme posologique avec un milieu liquide tel que le fluide gastro-intestinal.
