A system and method for delivering an interactive application to a plurality of target platforms, including broadcast network platforms, operates by providing a set of application components that are converted into a plurality of stream of broadcast data conforming to each protocol used on one of the respective broadcast networks. The data stream is broadcast over respective broadcast networks and delivered to a user interface. Target platforms may include application processors that may temporarily synchronize broadcast data using time compensators to compensate for time differences related to the different broadcast networks.
