A delivery access device attachable to a currency dispenser comprising: a mounting plate attachable to the currency dispenser wherein the plate has a money dispensing slot; two separate and independent barrier members mounted within the money dispensing slot, each barrier member having a first position where it is retracted and a second position where it is extended thus obstructing access to said slot; two separate and independent actuator means, a first of which is for moving one of the barrier members between its retracted and extended position, and a second of which is for moving a second of the barrier means between its retracted and extended position; and electrical connector means for connecting the actuators to the circuitry of the currency dispenser.
