The present invention relates to a delivery device for a sanitary article, comprising an encapsulating material with a first layer and a second layer, enclosing an additive in a space formed by these layers of encapsulating material. The delivery device also comprises a third layer, positioned above the second layer of encapsulating material. The third layer extends beyond and thereby covers substantially all of the edges of the second layer of encapsulating material. The third layer may also extend into and throughout the space formed between the first and second layers of encapsulating material that enclose the additive. The third layer thereby protects the user of a product comprising the delivery device from contact with the edges of the second layer of encapsulating material and also provides a means for attaching the delivery device to an article to keep it in place during transport storage and use. The invention also relates to sanitary articles, such as hygiene tissues and absorbent articles, comprising the delivery device.
La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'administration, destiné à un article sanitaire, qui comprend un matériau d'encapsulage pourvu d'une première et d'une deuxième couche et renferme un additif dans un espace formé par ces couches de matériau d'encapsulage. Le dispositif d'administration comporte également une troisième couche, disposée au-dessus de la deuxième couche de matériau d'encapsulage. La troisième couche s'étend au-delà et couvre donc sensiblement tous les bords de la deuxième couche de matériau d'encapsulage. La troisième couche peut aussi s'étendre dans et à travers l'espace formé entre la première et la deuxième couche de matériau d'encapsulage renfermant l'additif. La troisième couche permet donc de protéger l'utilisateur d'un produit composé du dispositif d'administration de tout contact avec les bords de la deuxième couche de matériau d'encapsulage et offre en outre un moyen de fixer le dispositif d'administration à un article afin de le maintenir en place lors de son transport, stockage et utilisation. L'invention se rapporte également à des articles sanitaires, tels des lingettes hygiéniques et des articles absorbants, comprenant le dispositif d'administration.
