The invention relates to a demolding device (10) for demolding a tool from a mold, comprising: a hold-down element (18) that is disposed between the mold pieces in the closed state of the mold and extends up to or into a cavity provided for producing the tool; a control sleeve (11) that is connected to the hold-down element (18) and that is coupled with one of the mold parts in a form-fitting manner via a guide device, wherein the control sleeve (11) is displaceable along a first path (w1) along the stroke direction limited by the guide device and is mounted in the guide device in a pivotable fashion, and wherein, upon a pivot motion, the end of the control sleeve (11) facing the cavity moves away from said cavity, a first control piece (16) connected to the other mold piece, said control piece blocking a pivoting of the control sleeve (11) and/or the hold-down element (18) during the first path (w1).
L'invention concerne un dispositif de démoulage (10) destiné au démoulage d'une pièce à usiner hors d'un outil de moulage, ce dispositif comprenant : un serre-flan (18) qui est disposé, à l'état fermé de l'outil de moulage, entre les parties de moule et s'étend jusqu'à ou dans une cavité prévue pour la fabrication de la pièce à usiner; un coulisseau (11) qui est relié avec le serre-flan (18) et couplé par complémentarité de forme à une des parties de moule par l'intermédiaire d'un dispositif de guidage. Le coulisseau (11) peut coulisser le long d'une première trajectoire w1, limitée par le dispositif de guidage dans la direction de course, il est monté à pivotement dans le dispositif de guidage et, lors d'un pivotement, l'extrémité du coulisseau (11) faisant face à la cavité s'en retire, et un premier élément de commande (16) qui est lié à l'autre partie de moule bloque, pendant le parcours de la première trajectoire w1, le pivotement du coulisseau (11) et/ou du serre-flan (18).
