Secular change data on each unit of denitration catalysts (101) is managed based on data obtained by a periodic maintenance management (step S110) and a daily management (step S120), and management of a secular change and a performance variation prediction until a next periodic check is performed (step S130). It is determined whether a deterioration of the denitration catalyst (101) reaches a level at which a performance of an exhaust-gas denitration system (100) cannot be maintained (step S140). If it is determined that the deterioration is positive ("deteriorated" at step S 140), then a regeneration, a replacement, or an addition of the denitration catalyst (101) is performed (steps S150, 160, and 170), the denitration catalyst is altered if necessary (step S 180), and the denitration catalyst (101) is not replaced or regenerated (step S 190) if it is recognized that the catalyst is usable ("usable" at step S140).
L'invention permet de gérer des données portant sur la variation dans le temps de chaque unité du catalyseur de dénitrification (101) en fonction des données recueillies au moyen d'une gestion périodique de la maintenance (étape S110) et d'une gestion quotidienne (étape S120) et de gérer la variation dans le temps et de prédire les changements de rendement jusqu'à l'inspection périodique suivante (étape S130). L'invention permet également de déterminer si la détérioration du catalyseur de dénitrification (101) atteint le niveau auquel un dénitrificateur de gaz d'échappement (100) ne peut pas afficher son rendement (étape S140). S'il est déterminé que la détérioration a atteint le niveau (étape S140 : détérioration), le catalyseur de dénitrification (101) est régénéré ou remplacé ou un catalyseur de dénitrification est ajouté (étapes S150, 160, 170) ou, au besoin, la forme du catalyseur est modifiée (étape S180). Si le catalyseur de dénitrification peut encore être utilisé (étape S140 : utilisable), le catalyseur de dénitrification (101) n'est ni remplacé ni régénéré (étape S190).
