ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE: The specification discloses a dental articulator having a lower jaw member with a pair of upwardly extending arms, and an upper jaw member. A pair of condylar elements are mounted on the upper ends of the upwardly extending arms, the condylar elements extending horizontally inwardly. The upper jaw member has a pair of glenoid cavities which receive the condylar elements to allow articulation of the upper and lower jaw members. In this way, articulation of the upper jaw member with respect to the lower jaw member is possible through a wide angle without risk of separation of the jaw members.
