The invention relates to a dental cement, a process for its preparation and its use. The cement contains a polymerisable mono or polyfunctional carbonyl compound which corresponds to one of the following general formulae: (see fig. I) (see fig. II) or (see fig. III) in which R1 may be an alkyl, cycloalkyl, alkoxy or aryl group or a combination thereof, R2 may be an alkyl, cycloalkyl, alkoxy or aryl group, a combination thereof or hydrogen, R3 may be an alkyl, cycloalkyl, alkoxy or aryl group, a combination thereof or hydrogen, and X is either not present or may be O, NR, NH or S, where R may be an alkyl, cycloalkyl, alkoxy or aryl group or a combination thereof, and at least one of the groups R1, R2 or R3 is also substituted by a group Y containing at least one polymerisable vinyl group, except for compounds containing naphthyl groups substituted with carboxylic acid anhydride functions.
L'invention concerne un ciment dentaire, son processus de préparation et son utilisation. Le ciment contient un composé carbonyle mono ou polyfonctionnel polymérisable qui correspond à une des formules générales suivantes : (voir la fig. I) (voir la fig. II) ou (voir la fig. III), dans laquelle R1 peut être un groupement alkyle, cycloalkyle, alcoxy ou aryle ou une combinaison de ces groupements, R2 peut être un groupement alkyle, cycloalkyle, alcoxy ou aryle ou une combinaison de ces groupements ou un hydrogène, R3 peut être un groupement alkyle, cycloalkyle, alcoxy ou aryle ou une combinaison de ces groupements ou un hydrogène, et X est soit absent soit O, NR, NH ou S, où R peut être un groupement alkyle, cycloalkyle, alcoxy ou aryle ou une combinaison de ces groupements, et au moins un des groupements R1, R2 ou R3 est également substitué par un groupement Y contenant au moins un groupement vinyle polymérisable, à l'exception des composés contenant des groupements naphtyles substitués par des fonctions anhydride d'acide carboxylique.
