DENTAL IMPLANT ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A dental implant wherein the side thereof which is in contact with the jaw is essentially constituted of a tissue-compatible biostable polymer matrix having reabsorbable and non-reabsorbable, bioreactive, sintered calcium phosphates embedded therein, and a connecting element for the mounting of the dental superstructure. A milling arrangement is provided for the accurately fitted shaping of the jawbone for the mounting of the implant.
