A tooth implant assembly has a base plate, a base attachment fastener a collar a crown attachment fastener, cylindrical insert, and a tooth crown. The base plate has a central opening and a coronal surface. The base attachment fastener is adapted for insertion into and engagement with the central opening in the base plate. The base attachment fastener also has a head with a central bore extending longitudinally into the head. The collar has a longitudinal opening with coronal and apical edges. The collar is disposed on the coronal surface of the base plate. The crown attachment fastener has a threaded distal end adapted for threaded engagement with the central bore of the base attachment fastener. The cylindrical insert is disposed within the collar and supported by the coronal edge of the collar. The insert has a longitudinal channel formed therein for carrying the crown attachment fastener. The tooth crown is supported by and attached to the collar.
La présente invention concerne un assemblage dimplant dentaire comprenant une plaque-base, un élément de fixation de base, un collier, un élément de fixation de couronne, un insert cylindrique, et une couronne dentaire. La plaque-base comporte une ouverture centrale et une surface coronale. Lélément de fixation de base est adapté pour sinsérer dans louverture centrale de la plaque-base et pour venir en prise avec elle. Lélément de fixation de base comporte également une tête pourvue dun alésage central qui sétend longitudinalement à lintérieur de la tête. Le collier présente une ouverture longitudinale munie dun bord coronal et dun bord apical. Le collier est disposé sur la surface coronale de la plaque-base. Lélément de fixation de couronne comporte une extrémité distale filetée qui est adaptée pour venir en prise filetée avec lalésage central de lélément de fixation de base. Linsert cylindrique est disposé à lintérieur du collier et supporté par le bord coronal du collier. À lintérieur de linsert, un canal longitudinal est formé, ce canal servant à porter lélément de fixation de couronne. La couronne dentaire est supportée par le collier et elle est fixée à lui.
