The invention relates to a dental implant comprising an implant body (2) provided with a central receiving opening (4), a structural element (6) provided with a journal (8) engaging in the receiving opening (4), and a tension bolt (30) which penetrates a borehole (28) of the structural element (6) and is screwed into an inner thread (26) located in the receiving opening (4). First and second indexing elements (40, 42) are arranged in an apical region (44) of the structural element (6), in order to pre-define the rotational position of the structural element (6) in relation to the implant body (2). The at least one first indexing element (40) is associated with the implant body (2) or the structural element (6) in a rotationally fixed manner, and at least two second indexing elements (42) are associated with the structural element (6) or the implant body (2) in a rotationally fixed manner. The indexing elements (40, 42) extend especially at least partially into the region of the conical outer surface (38) of the journal (8).
L'invention concerne un implant dentaire comprenant un corps d'implant (2) présentant une ouverture de réception centrale (4), un élément de montage (6) avec un tenon (8) en prise avec l'ouverture de réception (4), ainsi qu'une vis de tension (30) qui passe à travers un alésage de passage (28) de l'élément de montage (6) et est vissée dans un filet intérieur (26) situé dans l'ouverture de réception (4). Dans une zone apicale (44) de l'élément de montage (6), il est prévu de premiers et de seconds éléments d'indexation (40, 42) pour prédéterminer la position de rotation de l'élément de montage (6) par rapport au corps d'implant (2). Ledit premier élément d'indexation (40) (au moins au nombre de un) est associé, bloqué en rotation, au corps d'implant (2) ou à l'élément de montage (6). En outre, au moins deux seconds éléments d'indexation (42) sont associés, bloqués en rotation, à l'élément de montage (6) ou au corps d'implant (2). Les éléments d'indexation (40, 42) s'étendent en particulier au moins en partie dans la zone de la surface extérieure (38) conique du tenon (8).
