Attention has been focused on combining two types of dental impression materials of different qualities which has not been considered in conventional combined impression, and a dental impression film and a method of manufacturing the dental impression film are provided for making the two parts joinable. The dental impression film is formed of a polyethylene film and polyethylene/polyester films. The polyethylene film has, laminated by thermal adhesion on opposite surfaces thereof, respectively, the polyethylene/polyester films having bonding capability between a silicone impression material and an alginate impression material. The dental impression film having bonding capability is interposed between the silicone impression material and alginate impression material. This enables joining of the silicone impression material and alginate impression material, no longer requires the timing of hardening of the impression materials to be matched, and allows a precise impression at low cost using a small amount of silicone impression material.
En attirant l'attention sur la combinaison de deux sortes de matériaux pour impression dentaire formés par deux substances différentes inenvisageables dans les techniques d'impression par combinaison existantes, un film pour impression dentaire qui permet l'adjonction de ces matériaux et un procédé de production d'un film pour impression dentaire sont proposés. Le film pour impression dentaire comprend un film en polyéthylène (10) et des films en polyéthylène-polyester (20), des films en polyéthylène-polyester (20) capables d'adhérer respectivement à un matériau pour impression de silicone et à un matériau pour impression d'alginate étant stratifiés sur les deux faces du film en polyéthylène (10) par adhésion thermique. En raison du film interposé pour impression dentaire qui est capable d'adhérer aux matériaux individuels pour impression dentaire y compris au matériau pour impression de silicone et au matériau pour impression d'alginate, le matériau pour impression de silicone peut être mélangé au matériau pour impression d'alginate sans qu'il ne soit nécessaire de faire correspondre les temps de durcissement des matériaux pour impression individuels. Ainsi, une impression précise peut être obtenue de manière économique en utilisant une plus petite quantité de matériau pour impression de silicone.
