Abstract The invention relates to film supports which are exposed in X-raying of teeth and it solves the problem to attain a sure positioning of the support (1). The support is provided with an aligning rod (8) and a bite block. According to the invention the bite block con- sists of two portions (4, 5), which are pivotably con- nected so that their planes may be brought into posi- tions parallel to planes through the bite surfaces of the upper and lower jaw independent of the opening angle of the jaws. (Figure 1)
