The present disclosure provides devices and methods for conditioning the facial muscles and tissues of an edentu-lous patient, and for reconstructing the facial features. A pre- fabricated occlusal splint is applied to the patient's denture, and af-fixed with an adhesive. A moldable material can also be applied to the splint, and the patient can bite down on the moldable mate-rial to make an impression of the proper occlusal contact. The moldable material can then be cured.
