DENTURE ADHESIVE COMPOSITION Abstract of Disclosure Disclosed are improved denture adhesive compositions containing a hydrophobically modified water-soluble polymer alone or admixed with an alkali metal salt of carboxymethyl cellulose having a D.S. of at least 0.3. Hydrophobically modified hydroxyalkyl celluloses and copolymers of ethylene oxide and long chain epoxyalkanes are preferred as the water-soluble polymer.
