A deodorant porous polymer having excellent deodorant effects is provided. The deodorant porous polymer is in the shape of substantially uniform particulates or an aggregate thereof, and is obtained by the hydrolysis and polycondensation of at least one alkoxide selected from the group consisting of inorganic alkoxides and metal alkoxides through the use of a sol-gel method. Also provided is a deodorant fibrous material that includes a fibrous substrate and a deodorant porous polymer as mentioned above, which is combined with the fibrous substrate in the physically-combined state and/or the chemically-combined state.
L'invention porte sur un polymère possédant d'excellentes propriétés désodorisantes. Ce polymère poreux désodorisant se présente sous la forme de particules sensiblement uniformes ou d'agrégats de ces particules; il est obtenu par hydrolyse et polycondensation d'au moins un alcoxyde choisi parmi des alcoxydes minéraux et des alcoxydes de métaux, grâce à une méthode sol-gel. L'invention porte également sur un matériau fibreux désodorisant, renfermant un substrat fibreux et un polymère poreux désodorisant - tel que mentionné ci-dessus -, qui est combiné avec le substrat fibreux à l'état d'une combinaison physique et (ou) d'une combinaison chimique.
