This comprises a base body (1) forming a basically prismatic--rectangular pan, designed to receive the wax applicator reservoir (5) within it and being oversized with respect to the latter in order to allow heating resistors (6) to be laterally coupled, this base body (1) being complemented with a pivoting lid (7) comprising a complementary pan, which may be adapted to the base body to define a largely closed receptacle through which the head (3) and the wax applicator roller (4) project outwards, being retained through a narrow mouth (2), and the lid (7) being capable of pivoting sideways to form a dihedral with the base body (1), thereby allowing access into the applicator housed within it and in particular the heating resistor or resistors (6), to maintain and clean the device.
