The invention relates to tablets comprising deramciclane-fumarate of the Formula (I) whereby said tablets contain (related to the total weight) more than 50 % by weight of deramciclane-fumarate, 5-20 % by weight of a binder, 5- 20 % by weight of microcrystalline cellu~lose having an average particle size below 30 ~m, 1-10 % by weight of a disintegrant, 0.5-4 % by weight of a lubricant, 0.5-4 % by weight of an anti-adhesive agent and 0-30 % by weight of a filler. Deramciclane-fumarate is a known anxiolytic active ingredient.

Cette invention se rapporte à des comprimés de deramciclane-fumarate représentés par la formule (I) et contenant (par rapport au poids total) plus de 50 % en poids de deramciclane-fumarate, 5 à 20 % en poids d'un liant, 5 à 20 % en poids de cellulose microcristalline ayant une taille moyenne des particules inférieure à 30 ?m, 1 à 10 % en poids d'un désintégrant, 0,5 à 4 % en poids d'un lubrifiant, 0,5 à 4 % en poids d'un agent antiadhésif et 0 à 30 % en poids d'une charge. Le deramciclane-fumarate est un principe actif anxiolytique connu.
