ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE 1. 1.3-disubstituted nitroso urea of the formula: Image wherein R1 and R2 signify a straight chain or ramified chain alkyl, which can moreover be substituted with up to 3 radicals OH, COOH, COOR or CONH2, whereby R means an alkyl group with 1 to 6 carbon atoms, or wherein R1 and R2 could be constituents of a saturated or unsaturated cyclic system, especially of a 6-membered cyclic system, which can moreover contain additional heteratoms, particularly oxygen or nitrogen, and whereby the ring can additionally be substituted with up to 3 groups OH, COOH, COOR, whereby R has the above-noted meaning, CONH2, halogen or with the ethyl chloride nitroso ureido group and halogen represents chlorine or fluorine. These compound find use as chemotherapics in the treatment of tumors.
