Abstrflct of the Disclosure 2-Cyclopropylamino-4-formylamino-6-amino-s-triazines of the formula Image I wherein R1 represents hydrogen, C1-C4-alkyl which is unsubstituted or substituted by lower alkoxy, or represents C3-C4- alkenyl, C3-C4-alkynyl, cyclopropyl, hydroxy, methoxy or ethoxy, R2 represents hydrogen, methyl or ethyl, or R1 and R2 together with the nitrogen atom to which they are attached represent a 5- or 6-membered hetcrocyclic ring which can contain a further nitrogen atom or an oxygen atom, and R3 represents hydrogen or methyl, and the acid addition salts thereof for combatting developmental stages of insects.
