The invention relates to compounds having general formula (I), wherein: R¿1?represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, a cycloalkyl group, a cycloalkylalkyl group, a phenylalkyl group, an alkenyl group, or an alkynyl group; R¿2? represents an alkyl group, a cycloalkyl group, or a cycloalkylalkyl group; X represents a hydrogen atom or one or more halogen atoms and/or trifluoromethyl, alkyl or alkoxy groups; R¿3? represents a hydrogen atom, or one or more halogen atoms and/or trifluoromethyl, alkyl cycloalkyl, alkoxy, phenyl, cyano, acetyl, benzoyl, thioalkyl, alkylsulfonyl, carboxy or alkoxycarbonyl groups, or a group having formula NR¿4?R¿5? or SO¿2?NR¿4?R¿5? or CONR¿4?R¿5? in which R¿4? and R¿5? each represent a hydrogen atom or an alkyl or cycloalkyl group or NR¿4?R¿5? represents a pyrrolidine, piperidine or morpholine ring. The invention also relates to the use of said compounds in therapeutics.
Composés de formule générale (I) dans laquelle R1 représente soit un atome d'hydrogène, soit un groupe alkyle, soit un groupe cycloalkyle, soit un groupe cycloalkylalkyle, soit un groupe phénylalkyle, soit un groupe alcényle, soit un groupe alcynyle ; R2 représente soit un groupe alkyle, soit un groupe cycloalkyle, soit un groupe cycloalkylalkyle ; X représente soit un atome d'hydrogène, soit un ou plusieurs atomes d'halogène et/ou groupes trifluorométhyle, alkyle ou alcoxy ; R3 représente soit un atome d'hydrogène, soit un ou plusieurs atomes d'halogène et/ou groupes trifluorométhyle, alkyle cycloalkyle, alcoxy, phényle, cyano, acétyle, benzoyle, thioalkyle, alkylsulfonyle, carboxy ou alcoxycarbonyle, soit un groupe de formule NR4R5 ou SO2NR4R5 ou CONR4R5 dans lesquelles R4 et R5 représentent chacun un atome d'hydrogène ou un groupe alkyle ou cycloalkyle, ou bien NR4R5 représente un cycle pyrrolidine, pipéridine ou morpholine.
