ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The subject of the invention are valuable derivatives of 3-pyrrolidinopropiophenone of the formula: Image wherein R is an ethyl-, propyl-, isopropyl-, butyl-, isobutyl- group or a cycloalkylgroup having 5 - 7 carbon atoms, and the pharmaceutically acceptable and addition salts thereof and a process for preparing such derivatives which involves the reaction of a derivative of propioPhenone of the formula: Image where R is as above, with a formaldehyde or the equivalent and pyrrolidine or the salts thereof. The compounds of this invention exhibit a potent activity on muscle relaxation.
