The present invention provides a compound of formula (I): wherein: R1 is a group selected from -CH2OH1- NHCOH and R2 is a hydrogen atom; or R1 together with R2 form the group - NHC(O)CH=CH-, wherein the nitrogen atom is bound to the carbon atom in the phenyl ring holding R1 and the carbon atom is bound to the carbon atom in the phenyl ring holding R2 , R3a and R3b are independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen atoms and C1-4 alkyl groups n is an integer selected from 0 to 6, R4 is selected from the group consisting of an optionally substituted monocyclic or polycyclic C3-10 cycloalkyl group, an optionally substituted monocyclic C5-10 aryl group and, a methyl group which is substituted with one or more substituents selected from C5-10 aryl and C5-10aryloxy groups, wherein the monocyclic or polycyclic C3-10 cycloalkyl and the monocyclic C5-10 aryl groups independently are optionally substituted with one or more substituents selected from halogen atoms, C1-4 alkyl, C1-4 alkoxy, C5-10 aryl and C5-10 aryloxy groups, or a pharmaceutically- acceptable salt or solvate or stereoisomer thereof.
La présente invention concerne un composé de formule (I) : dans laquelle : R1 représente un groupe choisi parmi -CH2OH1-NHCOH et R2 représente un atome d'hydrogène; ou R1 associé à R2 forment le groupe -NHC(O)CH=CH-, dans lequel l'atome d'azote est lié à l'atome de carbone dans le cycle phényle portant R1 et l'atome de carbone est lié à l'atome de carbone dans le cycle phényle portant R2, R3a et R3b sont indépendamment choisis dans l'ensemble constitué d'atomes d'hydrogène et de groupes alkyle en C1-4, n est un nombre entier de O à 6, R4 est choisi dans l'ensemble constitué d'un groupe cycloalkyle en C3-10 monocyclique ou polycyclique éventuellement substitué, un groupe aryle en C5-10 monocyclique éventuellement substitué, et un groupe méthyle qui porte un ou plusieurs substituants choisis parmi les groupes aryle en C5-1O et aryloxy en C5-10 le groupe cycloalkyle en C3-10 monocyclique ou polycyclique et les groupes aryle en C5-10 monocycliques sont indépendamment éventuellement substitués par un ou plusieurs substituants choisis parmi des atomes d'halogène, des groupes alkyle en C1-4, alcoxy en C1-4, aryle en C5-10 et aryloxy en C5-10, ou un de leurs sels ou solvats ou stéréo-isomères pharmaceutiquement acceptables.
