The present invention relates to new pyrazoline derivatives having the general formula (I), as well as to their physiologically acceptable salts, to process in human/veterinary therapy and to pharmaceutical compositions containing them. The new compounds of the invention can be used in the pharmaceutical industry as imtermediates and for the preparation of medicaments. In particular, they can be used for the preparation of medicaments used for the treatment of inflammation and other troubles associated to inflammation and other process mediated by cyclooxygenase-2, for example arthritis, pain treatment or fever treatment.

L'invention concerne de nouveaux dérivés de pyrazolines de formule générale (I), ainsi que leurs sels physiologiquement acceptables, les procédés en thérapie humaine et/ou vétérinaire et les compositions pharmaceutiques les contenant. Ces nouveaux composés faisant l'objet de cette invention se prêtent à une utilisation dans l'industrie pharmaceutique comme intermédiaires et comme base de préparation de médicaments. On peut les utiliser, en particulier, pour élaborer des médicaments destinés au traitement de l'inflammation, d'autres troubles associés à l'inflammation et d'autres pathologies induites par la cyclo-oxygénase-2, par exemple l'arthrite, le traitement de la douleur ou le traitement de la fièvre.
