ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE: The invention relates to a desensitizing ink for wet offset printing on an acceptor surface of a chemical duplicating set comprising a nucleophilic alkoxylated compound, characterized in that the nucleophilic alkoxy- lated compound is bridged as a polyurethane in order to increase its molecular weight and improve the ink transfer on the inking rollers. The invention also relates to the use of this desensitizing ink for the wet offset printing on an acceptor surface of a chemical duplicating set in order to prevent and color formation in the printed area when a subsequent writing or typing is performed on the duplicating set.
