A mobile computer docking mechanism which transforms a laptop computer (1) into a fully capable desktop computing and telephony system. The invention facilitates the use of the laptop liquid crystal display screen (2) while the laptop computer (1) is in the docked position. The network, keyboard and power ports are connected in the docked position, and the entire desktop configuration has a very low profile taking up very little desktop space. The upright position and design facilitates proper docking and an adjustable ergonomic viewing position, elevation, as well as angularity.
La présente invention concerne un mécanisme de montage mobile permettant de transformer un ordinateur portable en un système informatique et téléphonique de bureau complet. L'écran à cristaux liquides (2) s'emploie plus facilement lorsque l'ordinateur portable (1) est monté dans son support. Dans cette position, les ports réseau, clavier et alimentation sont branchés. L'ensemble présente un profil très faible et ne prend que très peu de place sur le bureau. La position verticale et les caractéristiques de conception facilitent le montage et autorisent des réglages ergonomiques en termes de position d'observation, de hauteur et d'angularité.
