The invention relates to a detector comprising a sensing plate (2) formed of a thin synthetic diamond plate. The invention is characterized in that it comprises means (11, 4) for heating the sensing plate, said heating means comprising a thin heating plate (4) whose material is essentially constituted of carbon atoms. The invention also relates to a device comprising a detector of the aforementioned type, to a measuring method that uses said detector, and to a method for producing this detector.
