A method for measuring nitric oxide synthase activity, characterized in the method comprises; (a) providing a solution comprising a nitric oxide synthase and a suitable substrate under conditions which allow synthesis of nitric oxide; (b) adding guanylyl cyclase and GTP under conditions which allow synthesis of cGMP; (c) measuring cGMP.
L'invention concerne une méthode de mesure de l'activité de la synthase d'oxyde nitrique, consistant (a) à utiliser une solution contenant une synthase d'oxyde nitrique et un substrat adapté dans des conditions permettant la synthèse de l'oxyde nitrique; (b) à ajouter une guanylyle cyclase et une GTP dans des conditions permettant la synthèse de cGMP; et (c) à mesurer le cGMP.
