A method for detecting a potentially detrimental transformation of cells of an organism. The method comprises determining syndecan content indicator from a sample of biological material from the organism, and, comparing the determined syndecan content indicator with a reference syndecan content indicator from a reference biological material of the same type.
L'invention se rapporte à un procédé de détection d'une transformation cellulaire potentiellement nuisible dans un organisme. Ledit procédé comprend la détermination d'un indicateur de teneur en syndecan à partir d'un spécimen de matériau biologique prélevé sur l'organisme et la comparaison de la teneur en syndecan déterminée avec un indicateur de teneur en syndecan de référence à partir d'un matériau biologique de référence du même type.
