A detector base which is installed on a ceiling prior to mounting a fire alarm on the ceiling has a base block for mounting a detector, the base block including an opening which is located outside of the periphery of the detector when the detector is mounted; a locking spring having one end secured to the base block and the other end being a free end, the spring being placed in a position facing outwards via the opening; and engaging means provided for a movable portion of the locking spring and being engaged with the detector. Another detector base has a base block for mounting a detector; a pair of connecting terminals having the same polarity fixed on the base block so as to be located spaced apart from each other and the pair of connecting terminals having small holes, respectively; and a short-circuiting device for electrically connecting the both pair of connecting terminals by inserting both ends of the short- circuiting device into the small holes formed on the pair of the connecting terminals such that they can be detached from each other, respectively. Unauthorized removal of the fire alarm is prevented.
Une base de détecteur mise en place sur un plafond avant qu'on y installe un avertisseur d'incendie est constituée des éléments suivants : un socle destiné à recevoir le détecteur et qui est muni d'une ouverture située à l'extérieur de la circonférence du détecteur lorsque celui-ci est installé; un ressort de verrouillage dont une extrémité est fixée au socle et dont l'autre est libre, ce ressort étant orienté vers l'extérieur par l'ouverture; et un dispositif d'encliquetage destiné à une section amovible du ressort de verrouillage et qui est relié au détecteur. Une autre base de détecteur est constituée des composants suivants : un socle servant au montage du détecteur; deux bornes de connexion de même polarité munies de petits trous qui sont fixées au socle de manière à être séparées l'une de l'autre par un certain intervalle; et un court-circuiteur permettant d'établir une connexion électrique entre les deux paires de bornes de connexion en insérant les deux extrémités de ce court-circuiteur dans les petits trous de la paire de bornes de connexion de manière à ce qu'il soit possible de les détacher l'une de l'autre. On prévient ainsi tout démontage non autorisé de cet avertisseur d'incendie.
