This invention relates to detergent compositions comprising bacterial alkaline enzymes exhibiting endo-beta-l,4-glucanase activity (E.C. 3.2.1.4) and an ethoxylated polymer selected from the group consisting of polyethylene glycol/vinyl acetate graft copolymer; a ethoxylated (and optionally propoxylated) polyethyleneimine; a zwitterionic and ethoxylated polyamidoamine; ethoxylated (and optionally propoxylated) comb polycarboxylate; and mixtures thereof.
